Meet Tony Gallea

After 45 years working on Wall Street as a Senior Portfolio Management Director and Managing Director, Tony created Working Profit as a space for thoughtful commentary on markets, culture, and the human condition.



Tony draws on decades of experience writing daily insights for colleagues and mentoring professionals to share thoughtful reflections on how events shape investor behavior and personal decision-making.


While he no longer offers investment advice to clients, Tony has developed the Working Profit Investment Letter, a subscription-based investment research letter featuring timely ideas all within the potential catalysts inherent in following Activist investors.

 
An English Literature major, published author, classical musician, member of American Mensa, and a lifelong student of the human condition, Tony is a true polymath.
